Here’s a drawing of Duffy, a dog who hangs out at a blog called Critter Cottage AKA Cacophony of Sounds – Easy to remember 😉 It’s been a while since I got this request, but there it is!
I think that the most critical part of my ballpoint pen sketches is the “hierarchy of fluff” – With everything being thin black lines, it can become a little confusing to look at. I think that I should try working with using some different kinds of hatches to remedy this problem.

Duffy has happy all over his face..scruffy fur can be a challenge i imagine..trying to define i think between the overall coat and the three dimensional…did a great job 🙂
