Here’s a drawing of a rabbit – but not any rabbit. This is Speedy the cheeky house bunny whom I was requested to draw.
Don’t hesitate to send me requests – but please be aware that I have a queue of 16 (!) pets do draw (mostly cats!) – I can do one or two per day. I haven’t forgot anyone (I think?)
Speedy above looks like he’s just being disturbed in something important. Perhaps carrot consumption or the redecorating of his cardboard castle. He does look like he’s a good listener, though.
This drawing almost drew itself! I’m astounded how few lines you need to draw to make a bunny. Looking at it afterwards, i kept looking for places where I could do a lttle more, but sometimes you just need to stop before you destroy the drawing. I suppose that this one is in line with the sketch I made of Dakota the sheepdog the other day.
Anyway, this was my 448th drawing. See you for the next one.

Brilliant bunny drawing Thomas…… you’re right – it didn’t take a lot of lines to get Speedy on paper but I can really “see” his personality shining through – his little face is perfect!

I have four feral children at home. Maybe I should request that you draw them as my “pets”. 😛
lol ;).. well go ahead 😉 I don’t have a specific preference to draw pets, it just seems that that’s the only thing people ask me to draw ! – Humans can be really hard to get right though.. But maybe all the animal faces have made me improve my portrature skills a little..
Maybe I will then. However, in going to let you catch up on your queue of drawing requests first.
I’m a little worried about “catching up”.. hehe.. I still seem to get more requests than i can actually draw.. I haven’t really found a solution.. maybe at some point i’ll change it to a “maybe” queue and then only do the drawings i feel like doing the most, but I don’t really like refusing :/… I would like to have something else other than cats every now and then, though – so no need to wait really 🙂
OK. Well I will look and see if I have a decent, clear photo of all four at once (it’s a challenge!) and you can add it to your queue. How do I submit an image to you?
