Another perspective. I went out and bought a few brushes and some masking fluid today. I do think it had a positive effect on this painting. It seems that the amount of water and the thickness of the line is easier to control when you have real watercolor brushes to work with. For the moment I’m going for synthetic brushes, but i might at some point try them with natural hair.
I like the direction you’re going in here: something a little different.
