A quick sketch of a cat and a bunny in ballpoint pen and a commissioned cat portrait
This is my 609th and 610th drawing since the 9th September 2014
The first one is a really quick sketch requested by a facebook user. The other one is another commission – this time for the Twitter user @ginlover37 – It’s in A4 size and done in ballpoint pen and watercolor. Let me know what you think !
I’ve got about 2-3 weeks of commissions “booked” right now. It sounds like a lot, but I’m not working full time – the plan is to do about two “big” drawings per week. I do book a new one here and there, so the queue is more or less stable, but I hope that I can build the list a little longer into the future, so I don’t have to worry too much about “running out” of commission requests. Anyway – All this is starting to sound like a business, but I’m still just enjoying the ride and trying to learn. I don’t have too much time and opportunity to experiment, though, but if everything goes right, this will all look up in 3-4 months time.
Come see this one and my other pet commissions at tclausen.net!
Another great face.

It is beautiful. I always look at the eyes first, and they are looking right back at me. Just beautiful!

Thank you! I think the eyes is the most important part, so I’m really glad you think that they work !
